Education:

MEng in Electric Engineering: Graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Tirana in 1990.
LLM: Attained a Master of Laws from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana from 1997 to 2002, further enhancing legal proficiency.
